I'd say for most dry riding, you'll just end up blowing it off. But if you're riding in the rain and find that it needs a cleaning afterwards, my recommendation would be to just run it lightly under a faucet and shake it off. Fortunately the alignment of the mount puts the light slightly offset from the wheel, so it won't be getting direct spray off the wheel. The polycarb lens cover is pretty tough, so you really don't have to worry about it. After you've gotten any big stuff off of the lenses by running under the water, then the best way to clean the lenses themselves is just to use a cotton Q-tip with a little bit of plastic-safe window cleaner (Sprayway foaming window cleaner or similar works great) and lightly clean away any dirt. From all my experience cleaning the lenses, they seem pretty tough as well.
